摘要
介绍了木质素的应用及改性研究情况 ,并从实验研究了间甲酚 -硫酸法改性木质素磺酸钠的改性工艺及效果。红外光谱、紫外光谱、核磁共振氢谱测试结果表明 ,该法有效提高了该木质素磺酸盐的酚羟基含量 ,并降低了其分子量以及分子结构的复杂性。
To find simple and efficient method to modify lignosulfonate, a kind of modification of sodium lignosulphonate was studied experimentally in the paper. In the method, m cresol is used as phenolational agent and sulphuric acid is catalyst. The results of IR spectrum, UV spectrum and 1H NMR show that the content of phenolic hydroxy group can be improved efficiently. The molecular weight and complexity of molecular structure are also be reduced. This kind of method of modification can be applied to improve the content of phenolic hydroxy group in lignosulfonate and simplify the structure of lignosulfonate, which can make lignosulfonate be easily used in the following polymerization.
