摘要
主要研究单相Mg17Al12在质量分数为3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为。采用气体保护炉按原子比Mg∶Al=17∶12制备Mg17Al12单相合金,利用XRD检测铸态合金的成分。通过极化曲线测试得知单相Mg17Al12的自腐蚀电位为-1 028 mV。浸蚀实验结果表明,单相Mg17Al12具有较好的耐蚀性,氢致开裂对其在溶液中裂纹的形成起主导作用。
The single phase Mg17Al12 alloy with atomic ratio Mg∶Al=17∶12 was developed under a protective atmosphere of SF6+Ar mixed gas by casting technology,and the corrosion behavior of the cast alloy in 3.5% NaCl solution was investigated.The results show that the XRD pattern of the cast alloy is completely in accordance with the standard pattern of the Mg17Al12.The polarization measurement result show that the corrosion potential of the Mg17Al12 is about-1 028 mV.The Mg17Al12 has an excellent corrosion resistance and hydrogen induced cracking playes a dominant role in the crack forming process.
