摘要
用微弧氧化法可在AZ91D镁合金基体上获得黄色的氧化膜陶瓷层.在以Na2SiO3为主盐,以KMnO4为着色盐的电解体系中对AZ91D镁合金进行微弧氧化着色,生成的黄色氧化膜陶瓷层表面光滑、致密且绝缘;随着反应时间的延长,氧化膜层内锰元素含量增加,氧化膜层的颜色加深;经过微弧氧化处理的样品有很高的硬度以及优越的耐腐蚀性能.
Based on th coating was obtained show that the longer yellow the color e electrolyte with the basic component Na2SiO3, even and compact yellow ceramic by micro-arc oxidation on the substrate of AZ91D magnesium alloys. The results the time of response is, the higher the concentration of manganese and the more shows on the surface of coating; the coating has a good hardness and corrosion resistance.
