摘要
目的:探讨癫痫患儿苯巴比妥血药浓度与临床疗效、给药剂量、性别、年龄及体质量的相关性。方法:回顾性查阅我院127例次癫痫患儿苯巴比妥血药浓度监测记录,将浓度值、性别、年龄等资料录入数据库,利用SPSS13.0软件进行分析处理。结果:癫痫患儿苯巴比妥血药浓度值与性别不存在明显的相关性,但与给药剂量、年龄和体质量有关。结论:苯巴比妥在患儿体内的代谢与年龄和体质量相关,应根据血药浓度监测结果并结合患儿的自身情况来制订个体化给药方案。
OBJECTIVE To approach the correlations of phenobarbital concentration in serum with clinical therapeutic effect, dosage, sex, age and body weight in epileptic children. METHODS Our hospital＇s 127 cases/times monitoring records of serum phenobarbital concentration in children with epilepsy were consulted retrospectively and data as drug concentration, sex, age etc were put into data base, which were analyzed and treated by SPSS （13. 0） software. RESULTS No significant correlation was noted between serum phenobarbital concentration in epileptic children and sex, however it was correlated with d9sage, age and body weight. CONCLUSION The metabolic processes of phenobarbital was concerned with age and body weight, so it＇s necessary to give individualized remedy according to monitoring results and patients specific condition.
