冠状动脉无复流诊断及治疗研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 冠状动脉无复流即心外膜冠状动脉闭塞减轻或消除后,缺血组织的微循环血流仍不能完全恢复的现象,在急性心肌梗死时有较高的发生率,同心绞痛、恶性心律失常和心源性死亡等心血管事件显著相关。近年来,心肌超声造影和心肌灌注显像等有关无复流的诊断技术取得了巨大进步,腺苷、尼可地尔等药物的治疗作用及其机制研究也更加深入,他汀类和血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂类药物的预防效应首次得到证实。作者就冠状动脉无复流诊断及治疗方而的新近研究进展进行综述。
