摘要
目的:分析下颈椎前路手术并发症原因并提出相应处理措施。方法:回顾性分析1993年6月～2008年6月行下颈椎前路手术的442例患者的临床资料。结果:本组患者出现相关并发症89例,发生率为20.14%,其中低钠血症19例,喉上、喉返神经损伤12例,脊髓损伤加重6例,食道瘘1例,椎动脉损伤2例,脑脊液漏4例,气道阻塞1例,髂骨供区并发症37例,植骨块移位4例,钢板螺钉松动3例。结论:熟悉颈部解剖结构、提高手术操作技巧和详尽的术前准备可降低颈椎前路手术并发症。
Objective：To analyze the causes for complications of cervical surgery by anterior approach and corresponding treatment measures.Methods：Data of 442 patients that underwent cervical surgery by anterior approach during June 1993 and June 2008 were analyzed.Results：Complications were presented in 89 patients（20.14%）,of which 19 were hyponatremia,12 were laryngeal,recurrent laryngeal nerve injuries,6 were aggravated spinal cord injuries,1 was esophageal fistula,2 were vertebral artery injuries,4 cases were cerebrospinal fluid leakage,37 were complications in the vessels area that supply the iliac bone,4 were bone graft displacement,and 3 were screw loosening.Conclusion：Well commander of neck anatomy structures,improved surgery skills,and detailed preparation can reduce the complication incidence in cervical surgery by anterior approach.
