摘要
摩托车柱塞弹簧用的是不锈钢材料,最大许用切应力比表4中的第Ⅲ类应力还大,而使用65Mn材料与第Ⅲ类的许用应力相当,但实际使用中如按表5的设计应力还是能满足要求的,这是化油器柱塞弹簧与设计手册的不同点。另外,表5中的最大许用切应力,是弹簧在极限工作高度时按公式中值算出来的应力,而永久变形的测试也取极限工作高度,但应力值往往比最大许用切应力要小,这是考虑了实际柱塞动作次数多的原因。
The plunger-spring of motorcycle carburetor is made of stainless steel with its maximum allowable stress bigger than the class III stress, but in actural use, the design stress shown in Tables 5 can meet the demand. And this is the difference between that in the design handbook in terms of carburetor plunger-spring. In addition, the max allowable stress in Fig 5 is the calculated stress according to the formular at the ultimate working height, and the test of permanent deformation is carried out according to the ultimate working height, but the stress value is usually smaller than the allowable stress value and this is in the consideration of more times the plunger-spring acts for acturally.
