摘要
为改善棉织物热转印产品的鲜亮度,对影响鲜亮度的各项因素及其影响规律进行探索。结果表明:热转印工艺条件(温度、时间、染料浓度)会影响热转印上染率,进而影响鲜亮度;织物种类和组织结构会影响热转印上染率和光学特征,进而影响鲜亮度;分散染料结构也会影响鲜亮度。
To improve brilliance of cotton transfer printings, factors exerting influence on brilliance and the influencing rule were studied. It was found that heat transfer printing conditions including temperature, time and dye concentration would affect the dye-uptake and the brilliance. Type and structure of fabric, as well as structure of disperse dye would also affect the brilliance.
