摘要
文章研究了热转印温度、时间、织物种类和染料结构对转移率的影响,用热重方法测定了红、黄、蓝3种印浆的升华性能。结果表明:随着时间的延长和温度的升高,3种印浆在不同织物上的转移率都增大,当到达某一时刻,温度升高到某一值后,转移率增加的幅度很小或基本保持不变。
In this paper, the influence to the transfer rate such as temperature, time, fabric categories and dyestuff structures was studied. The sublimation function about the red, the yellow and the blue printing ink was measured with the method of heat weightiness. As the result indicated, the transfer rates of the three printing inks on the different fabrics were all augmented with the time prolonged and the temperature heightened. The transfer rate increased only a little or was nearly steady at a certain time and the temperature at a certain degree.
