摘要
研究辣椒素类物质对高脂血症大鼠可能的降血脂和胆固醇作用。结果表明:长期低剂量摄取辣椒素类物质能显著减低血清中胆固醇的水平,主要是导致血清中低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量的显著降低;高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的含量则相对稳定。因此,长期低剂量摄取辣椒素类物质对于预防心血管疾病具有良好的作用。
To investigate lhe possible hypolipidemic effects of capsaici noids in induced hypercholesterolemic rates. It can be concluded that capsaicinoids at different dosage can significantly reduce the serum TC level and the major reducing fraction is due to the signifieant de crease in LDL-C. On the contrary, the serum HDL-C level remains quite stable among the tested groups. All this reveals that capsaicinoids could be beneficial for preventing blood and heart diseases.
