帕瑞昔布钠用于下肢骨折手术对芬太尼术后镇痛效果的影响 被引量：4

EFFECT AND SAFETY OF PARECOXIB FOR POSTOPERATIVE ANALGESA IN PATIENTS UNDERGOING THE LOWER EXTREMITY FRACTURE SURGERY

摘要 目的评价帕瑞昔布钠用于下肢骨折手术对芬太尼术后镇痛效果的影响。方法60例ASAⅠ或Ⅱ级择期行下肢骨折开放性复位手术患者随机分为P组和C组,每组各30例;P组:手术结束前15min静注帕瑞昔布钠40mg,B组:采用盲法手术结束前15min静注生理盐水2ml。两组均采用腰硬联合麻醉,术后接芬太尼静脉自控镇痛。记录术后2、4、6、12、24小时VAS评分、镇痛泵按压次数(包括无效按压)及镇痛泵以外芬太尼静脉追加剂量,记录药物不良反应。结果术后2、24小时两组间VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(p>0.05);术后4、6、12小时两组间VAS评分比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05),P组评分低于C组。术后24h内芬太尼追加次数和镇痛泵自控按压次数,P组少于C组(p<0.05)。P组恶心、呕吐发生率显著低于C组(p<0.05)。结论帕瑞昔布钠能减少下肢骨折手术芬太尼静脉镇痛的用量和相关不良反应,可安全用于临床。
