摘要
绿色荧光蛋白是一种来源于海洋多管水母属的荧光标志物。其能在细胞内稳定表达,具有对细胞无毒性,检测无需底物及辅助因子,且可以实时跟踪记录细胞生长情况,检测结果真实可靠的优点。绿色荧光蛋白的性质特点使其在膀胱肿瘤动物模型中有着很好的应用前景。
Green fluorescent protein is a kind of fluorescent marker which from the marine aequorea victoria.It can steady express in cells and has the advantage of non-toxic to the cells,detection without zymolyte and cofactor,realtime tracing and record of cell growth,authenticity and reliability of test results.The nature and characteristics of green fluorescent protein has a very good application prospect in animal model of bladder tumor.
