摘要
目前对高校教师教学效能感的研究是高等教育领域的一个研究热点。教师教学效能感的高低会受到外部及教师自身等多方面因素的影响。本文结合体育教师的职业特点和体育教学的实际情况,借助改编自俞国良等编制的教师教学效能感量表的体育教师教学效能感问卷,对天津市15所普通高校的体育教师教学效能感进行了调查与分析,旨在为今后体育教师教学效能感的研究提供方法和理论依据。
At present, the study on the teaching efficacy of teachers in colleges and universities is a hotspot in the field of higher education researches. The level of the teaching efficacy of teachers is influenced by their own or other external factors. According to the occupational characteristics of physical education teachers and the actual situation of physical education teaching, with the teaching efficacy questionnaire adapted from the teachers' teaching efficacy Scale made byYU Guo-liang, the teaching efflcacies of physical education teachers in 15 Tianjin universities were investigated and analyzed in order to provide some methodology and theoretical basis references for the future teaching efficacy researches of physical education teachers
