摘要
目的分析用其它降眼压药物而眼压不能控制,增加适利达的疗效。方法48例患者虽用2种以上降眼压药物而眼压不能控制,增加0.005%适利达每晚一次,至少随访三个月。结果用两种抗青光眼药有18例(37.5%),用三种以上抗青光眼药30例(62.5%),其中有16例(33.3%)需口服乙酰唑胺片降眼压,加用0.005%适利达眼药水1周,1月,3月后,眼压由27.4mmHg降至16.5mmHg(P<0.001),16.4mmHg(P<0.001),16.1mmHg(P<0.001)。完全成功率为30例(62.5%),相对成功率为14例(29.2%),无效为4例(8.3%)。结论对已用降眼压药物而眼压不能控制的患者,增加适利达可以有效地控制眼压,防止青光眼对视功能的进一步损伤。
Objective Analysis the effect of additice latanoprost to maximum-tolerated medications with uncotroll glaucoma.Methods 48 cases has used two more kind of antiglaucoma,IOP was uncotrolled, add 0.005% latanoprost, once at night, at least follow up three month.Results 18cases（37.5%） used two different antiglaucoma medication, 30cases（62.5%）used three different antiglaucoma medication,16 cases（33.3%） need oral Diamox. Add 0.005% latanoprost for 1 week, 1 month, 3 month,the lOP was dicreased from 27.4mmHg to 16.5mmHg （P〈0.001）, 16.4mmHg（P〈0.001）, 16.1mmHg（P〈0.001）.Comletely success was 30 cases（62.5%）, relative success was 14 cases（29.2%）, no effect was 4 cases（8.3%）. Conclusion To additive latanoprost can effectively control IOP for maximumtolerated medications with uncotroll glaucoma.
