摘要
加强青年教师队伍建设与培养是高校发展的战略任务。文章结合当前高校的教学形势,指出在推进青年教师的专业发展中,应着重提高他们的教学能力;在科学分析教学能力内涵的基础上,系统总结了高校常用的十一种教学技能,并提出了提高青年教师教学能力的具体建议。
It is a strategic task to strengthen the development of the young teaching staff in higher education. This paper, taking in consideration the current situation of universities and colleges, points out that the young teachers＇ teaching competente should be emphazied in promoting their professional development. Based on the analysis of the connotation of teaching competence, this paper makes a summary of 11 teaching skills and puts forward concrete suggestions as how to improve their teaching competence.
