摘要
结合计算机网络技术专业人才培养模式的研究与实践,阐述了该专业人才培养岗位群定位和人才培养目标,提出了计算机网络技术专业人才培养的基本方法,将企业的培训体系纳入到专业教学体系,进行课程置换与整合,使教学内容同企业的岗位需求密切结合,形成较为明显的以就业为导向的职业教育特色。
This paper combines research and practice of talent cultivation model in computer network specialty, elaborates on the target of job positions and the target of talent cultivation in this profession, and proposes the basic methods of talent cultivation in computer network specialty： the training system in enterprises should be brought into the professional teaching system, and curriculum be replaced and merged, so that teaching content can closely follow the job position requirements, thus fostering distinctive characteristics of vocational education oriented by employment.
