摘要
预先筛分在选厂碎矿过程中具有重要的作用,可以预先分离粗中碎给料中较细的物料,提高破碎效率,降低衬板消耗。通过PlantDesigner软件模拟计算,经过棒条给料机预先分离约27.11%的原矿,颚式破碎机的给料量减少,设备负荷率由75%降至64%。中碎前的棒条筛预先筛除中碎给料中31.8%的小于60mm的物料,中碎圆锥破碎机的负荷率由70%降至61%,设备负荷率的下降,增加了设备维检时间,有利于设备性能的稳定和高效。
Take a mine as a example, prescreening's influence on rough broken-jaw crusher and middle broken-cone crusher is investigated through simulative calculation by software PlantDesigner, effect of prescreening in ore crushing process of mineral processing plant is researched.
