某移动布料小车改为新型多点布料方式实践 被引量:3

Practice of Transforming a Mobile Ore Distribution Trolley with a Multi-point Ore Distribution Method

摘要 地下金属非金属矿山在矿石开采过程中容易夹杂尖锐铁器,为解决移动布料小车因大块矿石堵塞漏斗、尖锐铁器撕割胶带机等问题,进行了新型多点下料方式改造。通过取消移动布料小车,改造给料胶带机头部下料点漏斗,接料点采用移动式胶带机将物料多点运输至不同料仓,达到了降尘、降噪等改善现场生产环境的效果,降低了维修人员的作业强度,从根本上解决了频繁堵料、皮带撕扯事故的发生,保障了胶带机的安全稳定生产。 In the process of ore mining in underground metal and non-metal mines,it is easy to mix up with sharp iron objects.In order to solve the problems such as blocking funnel with large ores and tearing and cutting tape machine with sharp iron objects in mobile ore distribution trolley,a new multi-point ore distribution method has been reformed.By cancelling the mobile ore distribution trolley,transforming the material point funnel under the feeding belt head,and adopting mobile belt machine for transporting materi als to different silos at multiple points in the receiving point,the on-site production environment such as dust and noise reduction were realized.Meanwhile,the working intensity of maintenance personnel re duced,and fundamentally solved the frequent accidents of material blocking and belt tearing,which guaran tees the safe and stable production of the belt conveyor.
