摘要
分析了某铜矿的主要矿物组成,针对其有用矿物为黄铜矿及辉铜矿,且铜大部分以单晶粒嵌布的特征,进行了抑制剂用量、捕收剂用量、精选次数等探索性试验,并进行了闭路流程实验,确定最佳选别流程和药剂制度。最终得到品位为35.81%,回收率为94.76%的铜精矿产品。
The main mineral composition of a copper mine is analyzed, exploratory test like inhibitor amount,collector dosage,concentration times and so on are done aim at characteristic of valuable minerals of this copper mine are chalcopyrite and chalcocite, most of copper single grain beset, and closed circuit process experiment is done, make sure best processing flowsheet and reagent system. Finally the copper concentrate product with grade of 35.81% and recovery rate of 94.80% is obtained.
