摘要
香丹注射液改善微循环,抗体外血栓形成和抗血小板聚集的功能,对收缩状态的微血管有显著的舒张作用,可改善微循环障碍,改善细胞缺血、缺氧所致的代谢障碍;舒张冠状动脉,增加心肌的供血供氧;明显增加脑血流量,改善脑部能量代谢,缓解继发性脑缺血;抑制血液凝固,激活纤维蛋白溶解酶,拮抗Ca2+络合,阻止复活Ca2+凝固作用;改善心功能,减慢心率,减少阵发性心房纤颤,频发性早搏的发生。随着对香丹注射液药理作用的深入研究,其临床用途亦越来越广泛,不仅在治疗冠心病、心肌梗死疗效确切,对其他心脑血管疾病均有良好疗效,并且在其他系统疾病的治疗中也取得了良好效果。
The function of xiangdanshen injection that improving microcirculation,antagonizing thrombus and platelet aggregation has the significant relaxant effect to the microvascular in contraction state.It can improve micorcirculation and the dysbolism that cased by Ischemia and Hypoxia;relaxant coronary,increase the oxygen and blood supply;increase the blood flow and metabolism of brain,relieve the secondary ischemic cerebral;inhibit blood coagulation,activate fibrinolytic enzymes,antagonize complex of Ca^2＋;ameliorate the function of heart,decrease the occurrence of atrial fibrillation and beats.As the deep research on the pharmacology of xiangdanshen injection,there are more clinical applications,not only on heart diseases,but also on the diseases of other systems.
