摘要
一般认为肺炎是由外邪侵袭所致,但还需注意有人体正气不足的因素存在;发病遵循着卫、气、营、血的传变规律,但在抗生素、激素滥用的今天,还出现了一些新的传变特点;在辨证结合辨病的基础上,注意合理地早期配伍益气养阴药物,可扶助正气,祛邪外出;现在尚没有统一的肺炎辨证体系、临床证型分类,造成肺炎的治疗缺乏规范化。
It＇s generally believed that pneumonia is caused by invasion of exogenous evils,but we should also notice the deficiency of healthy qi.The onset of pneumonia follows the transmission law of Wei,Qi,Ying and Xue,but today,there are some new transmission features with the abuse of antibiotics and hormones.Based on the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation,compatible application of drugs supplementing qi and nourishing yin can be properly used at the early stage in order to support healthy qi and expel exopathogenic factors.Now,a unified syndrome differentiation system and clinical syndromes classification has not yet been set,resulting in the lack of standardization of treatment of pneumonia.
