摘要
为探讨治疗刺蛾幼虫皮炎的有效药物，把病程相同的患者随机分组，每组２０人，共４组。各组采用不同药物治疗，４种药物的用法为，季德胜蛇药在用药前先用消炎止痛膏反复粘揭，然后用季德胜蛇药外敷，每ｄ２次（早晚各１次）；其它３种药物直接涂搽在皮损局部，均每ｄ３次。各组均用同一标准判定疗效。结果显示季德胜蛇药组的疗效与其它３组相比较，差别有高度显著性。因此，季德胜蛇药是目前治疗刺蛾幼虫皮炎较理想的药物。
To study effective druges for Eucleidae caterpillar dermatitis, patients in the same course of the disease were randomly divided into four groups of twenty. Each group was given a different drug for treatment, but the same criterion was used to evaluate the therapeutic effects of all the groups. Administration of the four drugs: Fluocinoloni, Antidermatftis opeanom, Unguentum methylis salicylatis compositum, Ji Desheng antivenom. Ji Desheng antivenom was used external application, 2 times daily, others were applied external use, too, 3 wimes daily. The results showed that significantly higher therapeutic effect were produced on the Ji Desheng antienom group than on any of other three groups. For this reason Ji Desheng Antivenom is now a better drug for Eucleidae caterpillar dermatitis.
