摘要
目的：探讨刺蛾幼虫的致病性及其皮炎的病理。方法：用成熟刺蛾幼虫直接触刺自愿者的上肢和豚鼠的腹面皮肤，对人体刺蛾幼虫皮炎的致病过程作直接动态观察，以及对豚鼠皮炎处的局部病变作常规病理组织学观察。结果：自愿者上肢皮肤被刺蛾幼虫触刺后，局部表现为刺痛、烧灼痛、麻木感、丘疹、斑疹、斑丘疹、风团、斑块等；部分病例出现全身反应等症状。豚鼠皮肤组织常规病理切片可见表皮小疱、大疱、水疱、脓疱等病理组织学改变。结论：刺蛾幼虫具有致病性，致病机理为机械性损伤。
To study the Pathogenicity of Eucleidae Caterpillar and the Pathologic change of the Dermatitis. The skin of volunteer was touched directly by mature Eucleidae Caterpillar on their upper limb and that of guineapigs was touched directly on their abdomen. The pathogenic cource was observed continuouesly on human dermatitis caused by Eucleilae Caterpillar. Pathological, local lesion of guineapigs was cut off on time, the piecesneas was wrapped in paraffin wax, cut, dyed with HE, observed with routine histology. There is twinge, burning pain, tickle,numbness and papule, macule, maculepapule, urtica, plaque on the local symptom. There is the whole reation in some cases and so on. There is epidermis bulla, vesicle and pustule on routine cut section of lesion of guineapigs, The course of the disease is from two weeks to three months. The eucleidae Caterpillar have pathogenicity. Pathogenic mechanism in human dermatitis is machinal damage, poisonous reaction and allergy.
