摘要
目的:调查乌鲁木齐市三级医院ICU专科建设的现状。方法:根据中华医学会2006年下发的《中国重症加强治疗病房(ICU)建设与管理指南》和卫生部2009年下发的《重症医学科建设与管理指南(试行)》以及《中国护理事业发展规划纲要(2005-2010年)》标准和要求,采用自行设计的调查表,采用普查法对乌鲁木齐市的10家医院的ICU进行了普查。结果:乌鲁木齐市三级医院ICU专科建设在基本要求达标方面较差,平均为42.42%;在符合医院管理要求达标方面做得较好,平均为72.26%。结论:乌鲁木齐市的三级医院的ICU专科建设和卫生部要求的标准还有一定差距,亟待加强ICU专科建设。
Objective： To investigate the situation of ICU discipline construction at the first class hospitals in Urumqi. Methods： Based on ＂Chinese Intensive Care Unit （ICU） Construction and Management Guide＂（2006） issued by the Chinese Medical Association, and the Chinese Ministry of Health issued ＂The Guide to （for trial implementation） to reinforce the construction and management in ICU＂ in 2009, as well as the standards and requirements of＂ The Development of Chinese Nursing Program （2005 - 2010）＂, a selfdesigned questionnaire was adopted to investigate the department of ICU in ten hospitals. Results： The overall 10 hospitals were in a better situation of controlling hospital infections, the average rote of reach the standard was 72.26%, and in poor situation of basic requirements, the average rate of reach the standard was 42.42%.Conclusion： There are still gaps existed between the status of 10 hospitals and the requirements of standards, and it is necessary to strengthen the construction of ICU now.
