摘要 目的分析黄浦区社区卫生服务团队人力资源状况及相关因素,为进一步完善、巩固和提高社区卫生服务团队的工作绩效提供理论依据和政策建议。方法采用普查法,对社区卫生服务团队人员进行问卷调查以及卫生人员专题小组讨论。结果社区卫生服务团队人力资源配置在学历、职称、专业、性别、年龄等方面均存在欠缺。结论黄浦区社区卫生服务团队的人力资源配置在学历、职称、性别、年龄、专业方面均有待进一步优化。 OBJECTIVE To analyze the current human resources of community general practice service team in Huangpu Community, Shanghai, and the correlative factors, and then to throw out a suggestion in how to improve work efficiency. METHODS Qinvestigation on community health institution and health workers with general investigation, and focus group dissuasion by health technical workers. RESULTS There are limitations in the human resources in our community general practice service team, such as proportion of academic qualification, the title of a technical post, sex, age and specialty. CONCLUSIONS There should be more optimize of the proportion of academic qualification, the title of a technical post, sex, age and specialty in the Huangpu Community General Practice Service Team.
