摘要
本文通过分析清脑胶囊的研发历程,探讨超临界技术对新药研发过程中各环节的影响和可能产生的问题,并结合清脑胶囊的实例,给出解决的对策,为超临界流体萃取技术应用于中药新药开发提供可资借鉴的参考。
The Supercritical Fluid Extraction （SFE） technique has been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） , but some handicaps still remain in the research and development （R＆D） of new drugs of TCM, especially when more plants are comprised. Through reviewing the R＆D progress of QinNao Capsule, the impacts and potential problems caused by the SFE technique in the R＆D of new drugs are discussed, and possible scenarios are put forward.
