Japanese researchers have put forward an informatization index model We find there are serious information overlaps among information marks By the method of component analysis,we eliminate the information overlaps A new informatization index model which has 6 independent index marks is put forward This model reserves the great majority of the information in original model and improves the accuracy of synthetical evaluation of informatization
