摘要
社会信息化水平是对一个区域内社会信息化发展程度的定量描述 ;信息化测度方法比较流行的有美国波拉特模型和日本的信息化指数模型 ,二者均存在不足。本文在日本指数模型的基础上进行了一系列改善 ,重构了较为科学。
The social informationization degree numerically describes an area's social informationization situation.Both American M·U·porat's model and Japanese index model are more Popular than other measure methods,but both of them are some shortcomings.A new measure model is created by improving Japanese index model,which is more scientific and resonable.
