摘要
设计实现了具有嵌入式USB主机功能的激光打标控制系统,给出了硬件电路设计方案及控制系统软件的实现方法,重点从USB存储设备的读取和激光加工控制两个方面进行了详细论述。该系统实现了激光打标设备对USB移动存储器的直接读取,改变了传统激光打标机必须配备PC机的现状,适应了目前USB移动存储技术迅猛发展的要求,减轻了激光加工设备的体积重量,降低了设备成本。
A laser marking control system with embedded USB host was designed.The hardware circuit of the system was introduced, so did the software designing.Two aspects, the read of USB storage devices and the control of laser processing system, were discussed in detail.USB storage devices can be read directly in the system.The traditional status that laser marking systems must be equipped with PC was changed.The system adapt to the rapid development of USB technology.Equipment costs can be reduced as well as the equipment size and weight.
