摘要 对应用于激光打标中脉冲光纤激光器的控制系统进行了研究,根据其组成原理与工作原理,设计了以FPGA芯片为核心的控制系统。实现了在打标过程中对脉冲光纤激光器出光的时序控制、输出功率控制及声光调制器(AOM)驱动控制等功能。实验结果表明,该系统具有结构精简、集成度高、处理速度快,实现了对激光打标机的实时准确的控制。 Pulse fiber laser control system in the application of laser marking is studied in detail. An experi- mental system is designed and tested based on the working and composition principles of pulse fiber laser control sys- tem. The function of timing control, laser power control, aeousto-optic modulator (AOM) and etc. are implemen- ted using an FPGA processor. Experiment results prove that the system design features simple structure, high inte- gration, high-speed processing, and implements real-time accurate laser power control.
