摘要
针对单一变异性指标不足以全面反映心血管系统功能状态的问题,提出了一种新的指标——联合变异性AV。首先利用样本熵算法计算了3个单一变异性指标:心率变异性HRV、脉搏波传播时间变异性PTTV和电机械延迟变异性EMDV,然后采用层次分析法计算了HRV、PTTV和EMDV在AV中的权系数,并求得AV。定义了组间区分测度GDM,对25例心脏病组和35例健康对照组的试验得出指标HRV、PTTV和EMDV的GDM值均大于1,而指标AV的GDM值小于1,说明AV能够完全区分心脏病组和健康对照组。与单一变异性指标HRV、PTTV和EMDV相比,指标AV能够更全面地反映心血管系统功能状态。
Single variability can not fully reflect the function of cardiovascular system.To overcome this problem,a new variability index,Associated Variability(AV)is proposed.This index is obtained from the weighted summation of Heart Rate Variability(HRV),Pulse Transit Time Variability(PTTV)and Electromechanical Delay Variability(EMDV),which are calculated by the sample entropy algorithm and the weights are determined by the method of analytic hierarchy process.Then,Group Distinction Measure(GDM)is defined.Experiments on heart disease group(25 subjects)and healthy group(35 subjects)show that the GDM values of HRV,PTTV and EMDV are all larger than 1,while that of AV is less than 1,which indicates that AV can fully distinguish the heart disease group from the healthy group.Results show that AV can reflect the function of cardiovascular system more completely than any single index,such as HRV,PTTV or EMDV.
