摘要
基于S6A0069的GDM字符液晶显示器具有相同引线和编程功能。可根据控制程序预定格式按每行16个字符进行2行显示,16个引线用于外部接口。并以GDM1602A和51系列单片机为例,设计了上电复位、V0端接电位器,8位数据线和3条控制线接单片机P2.0～P2.2的接口电路,及其读/写程序。
GDM series character liquid crystal display based on S6A0069 has same lines and instruction system. It may display 32 characters by programming. it has 16 interface lines for other chips, taking interface of GDM1602A and 51 series microchip as an example, hardware circuits were designed such as reset control circuit, V0 interface circuit of potentiometer, interface circuits of control lines and data lines of GDM1602A and P2.0～P2.2 microchip, and write/read control program of GDM1602A.
