摘要
目的了解2008年开封市手足口病发病情况及其流行病学分布特征。方法使用"疾病监测信息报告管理系统"对2008年开封市手足口病疫情进行分析。结果2008年开封市共报告手足口病800例,报告发病率为16.975/10万,发病构成比占当年丙类传染病全部报告病例数的28.004%,其发病率和发病构成比在11种丙类传染病中居第二位。结论手足口病是当前严重危害开封市人民群众身体健康的重要公共卫生问题之一,建议政府以及有关部门切实加强对手足口病防控工作的投入和管理力度。
Objective To investigate the incidence rate and epidemiological characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease（HFMD） in Kaifeng city in 2008.Methods HFMD epidemic data were collected and analyzed from the national disease reporting system retrospectively.Results A total of 800 cases of HFMD were reported from Kaifeng city in 2008.The incidence rate was 16.975/100 000 person years,and HFMD accounted for 28.004% of the cases of category C infectious diseases.HFMD had the second most cases of 11 category C infectious diseases.Conclusion HFMD epidemic is one of the important public health problems.The governments and related institutes should strengthen the case management and put additional resources for the disease prevention and control.
