摘要
目的:研究络石藤中的黄酮类化学成分。方法:采用柱色谱等方法进行分离,NMR等波谱学方法进行结构鉴定。结果:分离鉴定了6个黄酮类化合物:芹菜素(Ⅰ)、芹菜素7-O-β-葡萄糖苷(Ⅱ)、芹菜素7-O-β-新橙皮糖苷(Ⅲ)、木犀草苷(Ⅳ)、柚皮苷(Ⅴ)、芹菜素6,8-二-C-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅵ)。结论:其中化合物Ⅴ、Ⅵ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the flavonoids constituents of Trachelospemum jasminoides.Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography with silica gel,and identified by IR,MS,NMR and 2D-NMR.Results: Six flavonoids were identified as apigenin(Ⅰ)、apigenin 7-O-β-glucoside(Ⅱ)、apigenin 7-O-β-neospheroside(Ⅲ)、luteoloside(Ⅳ)、narngin(Ⅴ)、6,8-di-C-glucopyanosylapigenin(Ⅵ),respectively.Conclusion: Compounds Ⅴ and Ⅵ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
