摘要
跟踪探讨外商直接投资对东道国的影响作用,既是对国际直接投资理论的丰富和完善,也是对东道国利用外资实践的丰富和发展。同时,关注FDI的影响效应要与东道国经济发展的目标要求和利用外资的目的相适应。因此,在我国坚持和贯彻科学发展观,尽快实现可持续发展,构建环境友好型社会这一发展目标的大背景下,关注和研究FDI生态环境影响效应,具有非常重要的现实意义。本文对FDI生态环境影响效应进行深入、系统探讨,以更好地利用FDI为我国的经济发展和环境质量改善做贡献。
Tracking the impact of foreign direct investment to the host country not only enriches international direct investment theory, but also perfects the practice of using foreign capital in the host country. And at the same time, the effect of FDI should adapt to requirements of economic development goals and the purpose of using foreign capital in the host country. Therefore, paying attention to and studying the eco-environment effect of FDI have very important practical signif- icance, especially under the background of adhering to and implementing the scientific development concept, achieving sustainable development, building environment-friendly society in China. So, this paper makes an in-depth, systematic exploration on the eco-environment effect of FDI in order to make full use of FDI to spur the economic development and contribute to the environmental quality of China.
