摘要
FDI极大地促进了我国经济增长已是一个不争的事实,但在当前建立环境友好型社会的巨浪下,如何避免FDI带来的污染问题成为关注的焦点,许多学者对此问题进行了研究。本文在分析FDI对我国污染现状的基础上,从FDI对我国环境影响的环境效应、跨国公司的社会责任和政府环境规制等三个方面,全方位地对国内外的研究文献进行了梳理和评述,重点是近年来国内外学者对我国问题的研究。
It is indisputable that FDI has made a positive effect on China＇ s economic growth to a great extent, while it also incurred serious pollution problems to our society. Under the wave of establishing environment-friendly society, more and more scholars have put great emphasis on how to address the pollution problems brought by FDI. This paper, based on the analysis of the pollution problems caused by FDI, makes an over-all review on the foreign and domestic literatures from three aspects： environmental effect, social responsibilities of transnational corporations and envi- ronmental regulations, with a main focus on the studies of pollution problems in China.
