摘要
目的:探讨温度对动物尸体内HbCO含量的影响,为火灾中死亡尸体血中HbCO含量的判断提供参考依据。方法:CO中毒死亡大鼠和对照组大鼠尸体分别在室温25℃放置及100℃、150℃、200℃加热10 min和15 min后取心血检测其HbCO含量。实验家兔在常温下通入CO致中毒死亡,抽取对照组家兔和CO中毒死后家兔心血,分别在室温25℃放置3 min及100℃、150℃、200℃加热3 min后紫外-可见分光光度法检测其HbCO含量。结果:CO中毒死后的家兔血液中HbCO含量随着温度的升高呈下降趋势;CO中毒死亡大鼠尸体心血中HbCO含量随着温度升高和加热时间延长呈下降趋势。结论:CO中毒死亡后的动物尸体血液中HbCO含量会随温度及加热时间的改变而发生变化。
Objective:To establish an animal model of carbon monoxide poisoning death to study the impact of the temperature on carboxyhemoglobin contents in blood.Methods:The rats were executed by carbon monoxide and the bodies were placed on 25℃,100℃,150℃ and 200℃ for 10 min and 15 min.The blood of rabbits executed by carbon monoxide were placed on 25℃,100℃,150℃ and 200℃ for 3 min.The carboxyhemoglobin in blood was analyzed by UV-VIS.Results:The carboxyhemoglobin in blood descend with the temperature heighten and warm-up time prolong both in the blood of rats body and rabbits.Conclusion:Temperature and warm-up time can affect the carboxyhemoglobin contents in blood.
