摘要
目的:探讨通过湿法消解海产品,利用原子荧光光谱法测定总砷的检测方法。方法:利用混酸(硝酸+硫酸+高氯酸)消化样品,以盐酸作载流,采用氢化物-原子荧光法进行测定。结果:测定的总砷含量在1-50μg/L浓度范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数r均大于0.999,测定相对标准偏差均小于5%,回收率在91%-107%之间。结论:该方法操作简便,灵敏,结果可靠。
Objective:To establish a new atomic fluorescence spectrometry determination method for total arsenic in seafood by wet digestion.Methods:Samples were digested by mixed acid(nitric acid+sulfuric acid+perchloric acid) and measured in hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry while hydrochloric acid was the carrier.Results:The total arsenic content showed good linearity within the concentration range of the 1-50 μg/L.Correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999,relative standard deviations(RSD) less than 5%,recoveries 91%-107%.Conclusion:The method is simple,sensitive and reliable.
