摘要
目的:建立一种用火焰原子吸收光谱法间接测定工作场所空气中二氧化硫的新方法。方法:用(1+1000)高氯酸溶液吸收空气中二氧化硫,使其氧化成硫酸根,加铬酸钡悬浊液生成硫酸钡沉淀,释放出铬酸根,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定铬,可间接求得二氧化硫的含量。结果:方法曲线的相关系数r=0.9993,线性范围0-5μg/ml,检出限0.12μg/ml,相对标准偏差为3.52%-4.25%,加标回收率为95.0%-106%。结论:用本方法测定工作场所空气中二氧化硫,操作手续简单、快速、检出限低、灵敏度高,结果满意。
Objective:A new method for the indirect determination of sulfur dioxide in the air of workplace by flame atomic absorption spectrometry was proposed in this paper.Methods:The sulfur dioxide in the air of workplace was absorbed by(1+1000) perchloric acid solution and then oxidized to sulfate radical.After adding barium chromate suspension,the barium sulfate precipitate was produced and the chromate was released.Using flame atomic absorption spectrometry to determine chromium,the content of sulfur dioxide was obtained indirectly.Results:The correlation coefficient of the curves obtained by the methods was 0.9993,linear range was 0~5 μg/ml,the detection limit was 0.12 μg/ml,the relative standard deviation was 3.52%~4.25%,and the average recoveries of samples were between 95.0%~106%.Conclusion:The method used for determination of sulfur dioxide in workplace air is simple-operating and efficient.Meanwhile,the results obtained is satisfactory which had low detection limit and high sensitivity.
