摘要
目的:探讨符合我国实际及心血管内科特点要求的临床药师工作模式。方法:总结临床药师在心血管内科病房中的工作经历和体会。结果与结论:虽然临床药师对治疗提出的诸多建议已被医师所采纳和重视,但临床药师的意见和查房记录或药历还未被医院或法律承认。
OBJECTIVE： To explore the working pattern of clinical pharmacists being fitting with Chinese condition and characteristics of cardiology department. METHODS： Experience and practice of clinical pharmacists in cardiology department were summarized. RESULTS＆CONCLUSION： The suggestions which were put forward by clinical pharmacists were adopted by doctors, but advice, ward round record and medication history of clinical pharmacists haven＇ t been accepted by hospital and law.
