摘要
目的:探讨临床药师在促进脑梗死患者控制血糖水平方面的作用。方法:解析临床药师参与的1例脑梗死患者的诊治过程及用药情况。根据患者病情和用药心理,药师参与脑梗死患者血糖控制,对用药方案、药品不良反应的防治和患者教育进行具体干预。结果与结论:有效控制高血糖是防治糖尿病并发脑血管病的重要措施,应给予足够重视;临床药师可在降糖药物的选择和患者教育方面发挥积极作用。
OBJECTIVE： To discuss the role of clinical pharmacist on blood glucose control in patients with cerebral infarction. METHODS： Clinical pharmacists participated in course of diagnosis and treatment, and the medication for a case of cerebral infarc- tion were interpreted. According to patient＇ s disease condition and medication psychology, clinical pharmacists participated in blood glucose control of patients with cerebral infarction and intervened in drug scheme, ADR prevention and treatment, patient ed- ucation. RESULTS＆CONCLUSION： It is important measure for prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus complicating with cerebrovascular disease to control hyperglycaemia effectively. Clinical pharmacist can play important role on selection of antihyper- glycemic agent and patient education.
