摘要
资源浪费现象日趋严重,环境污染程度逐渐恶化,对此政府部门采取了制度保障、经济保障、法律保障、科技保障等手段加以改善。首先从改进生产设备、改进工艺流程2个方面介绍了科技创新对节能减排工作的促进作用,接着根据平衡记分卡(BSC)的思想构建了一个节能减排评价体系,以期给相关政府部门提供参考。
With increasingly serious waste of resources and gradual deterioration of environmental pollution,the government departments have adopted institutional security,economic security,legal protection,technological protection measures to improved it.Firstly,this paper introduces the promoted function of science and technology innovation on energy-saving emission reduction work through improved production equipments and advanced production process.Then this paper builds an evaluation system of some indexes for the energy-saving emission reduction work according to BSC,with a view to the relevant government departments for reference.
