摘要
选定3种混凝剂对某制药厂制药废水的二级出水进行混凝沉淀对比试验。首先用单因素试验确定3种药剂的最佳用量和pH值范围,然后用正交实验方法对影响混凝效果的因素进行了研究。结果表明:在室温(15℃)条件下,CODcr去除率主要受pH值影响,浊度去除率主要受混凝剂种类影响。PAC投加量为120mg/L,pH值为8.0时,CODcr去除率效果最好,去除率为69.89%,浊度去除率为61.95%,使水质较差的二级出水得到进一步净化。
This paper makes the contrast experiments on coagulation-sedimentation of secondary effluent of pharmaceutical wastewater by selecting three kinds of coagulants. Firstly, the optimum dosages of three kinds of coagulants and the optimum pH value scope are determined through single factor test. Secondly, the factors affecting the coagulation effect have been studied by orthogonal experiment method. The results show that the removal rate of CODcr and turbidity are mainly affected by pH and the type of coagulants respectively at room temperature ( 15 ℃ ). Under the condition of PAC dosage of 120 mg/L, at pH=8.0, the best result of CODcr removal is obtained. The removal rate of CODcr is 69.89% and the turbidity is 61.95%, which purifies further the secondary effluent of worse water quality.
