水解酸化──两级曝气生物滤池处理中药废水的试验研究 被引量:4

Experimental Study on the Treatment of Chinese Medicine Wastewater by Hydrolysis Acidification and Two-stage Aerated Biological Filter

摘要 通过模型试验研究了水解酸化两级曝气生物滤池处理中药废水的效果。试验结果表明,当水力负荷为0.570 m3/(m2.h)、气水比为4∶1时,该工艺对于中药综合废水有较好的处理效果,出水平均COD、SS和色度分别为80 mg/L4、4 mg/L和35倍,达到了《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)中的一级排放标准。整个工艺具有流程简单、维护方便、抗冲击负荷能力强、运行稳定等特点。 Pilot test was made to study the treatment effects of traditional Chinese medicine wastewater by hydrolysis acidification and two-stage aerated biological filter (BAF). The experiment results showed that this process was effective for treating synthetic traditional Chinese medicine wastewater under the hydraulic load of 0. 570 m3/(m^2· h)and the air/water ratio of 4 : 1; the COD, SS and color in effluent, which averaged 80mg/L, 44 mg/L and 35 dilution times, respectively, could satisfy the first-class criteria specified in the Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996). The process was characterized for simple process, convenient maintenance, strong impulsion load resistance, and stable operation.
