摘要
本文从洪涝灾害的成灾机理出发,针对具体灾害评估的需求,提出了基于地理信息系统(GIS)的空间信息格网洪灾损失评估模型。建模时较全面地考虑了洪涝灾害特点和受灾过程中受灾体的变化等因素,可用于实际建模。
According to the need of specific disaster assessment,this paper proposed the spatial information grid flood loss assessment model based on GIS from the mechanism of forming flood disasters. It comprehensively considerates the factor such as the features of flood disasters and the change of disaster suffer in the process and so on when modeling, which can use for practicol modeling.
