BMP-2对人肝癌SMMC7721细胞MMP-2、MMP-9表达的影响 被引量：3

摘要 目的:探讨骨形态发生蛋白-2(BMP-2)对肝癌SMMC7721细胞基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-2、MMP-9表达及分泌的影响。方法:分别采用半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应、Western blot及ELISA法检测BMP-2干预SMMC7721细胞后MMP-2、9mRNA、蛋白表达和浓度水平的变化。结果:BMP-2呈剂量和时间依赖性促进人肝癌SMMC7721细胞MMP-2、9mRNA、蛋白表达和分泌。结论:BMP-2可以上调MMP-2、9在肝癌SMMC7721细胞的表达水平,从而促进肝癌细胞的生长和侵袭能力。
