赤霉素浸种对沙冬青种子萌发的影响 被引量:14

摘要 赤霉素是植物生长发育过程中一类重要的调节激素,在植物生长发育中起着重要作用。试验以沙冬青种子为材料,在培养箱内对种子进行发芽试验,研究外源赤霉素对种子发芽率、生理生化活性、种子浸提液的电导率等方面的影响变化差异。结果表明,在各处理中,最佳浸种浓度为200mg/L。经过赤霉素浸种催芽后,种子发芽率和幼苗活力指数提高,种子TTC还原力增强,丙二醛含量、过氧化物酶活性提高,种子浸提液的电导率降低,表明赤霉素对种子的膜有一定的修复作用,且在研究浓度范围内随着赤霉素浓度增加其对细胞膜的修复能力增加。 Gibberellin is a kind of important hormone,which plays an important role in the plant growth.Ammopiptanthus mongolicus(Maxim.) Cheng f.seeds were put in the incubator to germinate.Influence by the gibberellin to germination rate,physiochemical activity,conductivity of the seed extracts were studied.The results indicated that in each treat the best density was 200mg/L.Seed germination index increased and seed germinate could be stimulated significantly after soaking by gibberellin.Seed's TTC deoxidizing ability was increased,and activity of the MDA and POD were enhanced.Conductivity of the seed extracts decreased which showed gibberellin could repair seed membrane.In the given density in this experiment,with the density rising,the ability of repairing get stronger.
