摘要
于4月份对柚木种实进行清水浸泡时间、赤霉素浓度和播种方式3个因素4水平的L16(45)正交试验,结果表明播种方式是影响柚木种实发芽和幼苗生长的主要因素,清水浸泡时间是影响柚木种实发芽的次要因素,赤霉素浓度对幼苗苗高和叶片长有极显著的影响,但是对柚木种实发芽没有显著影响;柚木种实最好的处理方法是用50 mg/L的赤霉素浸泡24 h,播种后覆盖河沙1~2 em,也可以不用赤霉素处理而直接播种.
A L16 (4^5 ) orthogonal experiment of 3 factors and 4 levels was conducted to study the effect of water soaking time,gibberellin concentration, sowing method on teak seeds in April. The result showed that sowing method was the major factor effeeting the germination of teak fruits and the growth of seedlings. Water soaking time was the secondary factor of influence to the germination of teak fruits. Gibberellin concentration had very significant influence on the height of seedlings and the length of leaves, but had no effects on fruit germination. Over all, the best treatment for teak fruits was as follows : the teak fruits were soaked in a concentration of 50 milligram per litre gibberellin solution for 24 hours, were covered with a layer of sand with a thickness in the range of 1 -2 centimeters. The fruits could be sowed directly without gibberellin treatment.
