摘要
德国具有可再生能源发电方面长期处于世界领先地位的优势,并形成了较为成熟的政策法规体系。分析了德国在促进可再生能源发电方面的政策法规体系及其主要内容以及对我国发展可再生能源发电的启示。
Germany, with its sophisticated system of policies and regulations on electricity generated from renewable energy, has enjoyed the leading position in this field all over the world for a long time. This paper analyzes the German system of policies and regulations on electricity from renewable resources, and looks into their major contents and significance to China.
