摘要
采用超细ZnO粉体为基体材料,辅以适当的催化剂掺杂,制成双电极珠状气敏元件。在功耗100mW时,元件具有较高的灵敏度和良好的稳定性。
Ultrafine ZnO particles doped by rare-earth elements are used as the basic materials for low-consumption alcohol gas sensor. The result is that it has high sensitivity and better long-time stability within 100 mW power, and it provides broad prospect for pocket alcohol detector development and application.
